Introduction

Orphaned as a baby when his parents were killed overseas in a plane crash as U.S. government spies, only child Peter Parker was raised by his elderly Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Academically gifted, Peter displayed an uncanny affinity for science that was nothing short of genius. Socially, however, he was painfully shy and the target of much cruelty by his peers at Midtown High School. Attending a public science exhibit when Peter was 15-years old, he was bitten on the hand by a radioactive spider accidentally irradiated by a particle beam, empowering Peter with the arachnid's proportional strength and agility, and the ability to cling to almost any surface. Special Moves

+ Web Ball | Spiderman's signature web ball attack where he shoots the opponent and they become shrouded in web upon contact.

+ Spider Sting | Spiderman's "Dragon Punch-esque" attack.

• Press for additional hit. (Knocks Opponent to the ground.)

+ Web Throw | Spiderman's command grab attack where he flicks a web line at his opponent, grabs then spins them in a circle, before hurling them into the wall. (Goes in different directions according to the button pressed.)

+ Web Swing | He extends his legs and swings across the stage, hitting the opponent. (Spiderman is capable of continuing a combo after "Web Swing" ends.)

(Hold any Direction) + + Web Zip | Spiderman flicks a web in any direction and pulls himself toward the respective position.

Hyper Moves

+ Maximum Spider (Level 1) | Spiderman reels back to the side of the screen, then rebounds attacking his opponent in multiple directions while simultaneously weaving them into a spider's web before sending them plummeting to the ground with a powerful kick on the last hit.

+ Crawler Assault (Level 1) | Spidey readies himself and charges forward with a barrage of attacks.

+ Ultimate Web Throw (Level 1 - Anti-Air Command Grab) | Done only from the ground, Spiderman catches the opponent from the air in a spiderweb cocoon, spins really fast, then violently implants them into the foundation below.

• α - Web Ball: Shot | Forward

• β - Spider Sting: Direct | Tilts Upward

• γ - Web Swing: Direct | Forward
