In a nutshell Skrull is a weird character. He has a multiple angled Hundred Hands style move, a force field style hyper, a move like Ogre's Owl's Hunt from SFxT, a long range command grab like Spidey, and a multi hitting Tatsu style move. Just how he should be, Skrull takes element from various characters and blends them together, creating a very rewarding character to play.
