If any of these 2 things are possible to do in your Garou then you have the funky set rom. If you CANNOT do any of these then you have a legit copy of the final release that was all fixed.

There are a few earlier versions of Garou that were prototypes of the game before it was released. In those funky roms there were certain things that were possible to do like Grant being able to feint cancel, certain moves causing OTGs into other combos, etc. Though most Garou MVS versions are usually the legit final copies of the game with nothing broken about them. There are ways of finding out if you have a funky version of the game. Here are a some:

-Try feint cancelling Grants df + C -Try to combo Terrys stand D (2 hits) into anything

If any of these 2 things are possible to do in your Garou then you have the funky set rom. If you CANNOT do any of these then you have a legit copy of the final release that was all fixed.
